(I had a horrible experience with my previous Realtor so we decided to look for a new one. I put in my information online and the Chad Smith Team called me within 3 seconds of me clicking submit. I had a lot of Realtors contact me and we interviewed a couple different ones but we decided to go with the Chad Smith Team because we had a good feeling about them. The comparison was like night and day! Other Realtors I’ve worked with were not great at all. They were very inexperienced and they were only part time. The Chad Smith Team was just glorious! I really liked that they had the team aspect, it wasn’t just one person trying to do everything. Not everyone is perfect in every area and Chad definitely hired smart. Everyone on his team excels in their area. Everyone works seamlessly together to create this well-oiled machine. They really know what they’re doing and they know their business. The Chad Smith Team took any problem and solved it themselves instead of making it our problem. They weren't pushy at all and they presented the facts on what we needed to know so we could make the decisions. I loved it! They exceeded all of our expectations from the beginning and everything was just wonderful. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
