Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoria, aka ROGD, is a phenomenon that has popped up in recent years as a study that was conducted by Dr. Lisa Littman at Brown University & released in 2018. Dr. Littman's study tracked the trend of small groups of girls spreading the idea that life would be easier if girls could identify as something other than their own sex. With the availability of puberty blockers & wrong sex hormones becoming easier to obtain, a psychological trend quickly became what most of us believe has become the largest medical scandal of our time. To further explain Dr. Littman's research, journalist Abigail Shrier expanded upon it in her book, Irreversible Damage that came out by summer 2020. By conducting a large number of interviews of girls & women to provide first-hand testimonies of how discomfort with their female bodies drove them to ingest wrong sex hormones & for some, permanent life altering surgeries, Shrier's work helped influence a plethora of other projects & investigations that helped to create &/or inform a number of parent's support groups across America. ROGD began to spread to include boys & young males as well. It appears that with the dating apps now including anyone who identifies as 'non binary' & 'gender fluid' along w/ a number of other conflations of sexualities, anyone can fall prey to this massive decades-long campaign to unmoor us all from our sexed bodies and become part of some new cult of seeking identity-over-sanity.
Parents of Rapid Onset Gender Dysphoric Kids (PROGDK)is the largest group that currently exists & acts as a large umbrella for many off-shoot sub groups. There are groups existing in almost every state & ones that focus only on sons & different ages of offspring.

The time of worrying about being 'nice' has got to be substituted with bravery & consistently holding the line of reality or we just keep enabling kids to slip into this bottomless trap of confusion & pain.
We further believe that this desire to cling to this acceptance of a fictional identity is counter productive towards the ultimate goal of abolishing pediatric gender clinics, & THAT is our main mission. As journalist Jennifer Bilek has stated, "Ask yourselves, if you had a movement to impress upon young people the harms of drinking and alcoholism, would you invite an alcoholic who was still drinking, and drunk, to speak to young people about the harms of drinking?"
