HAPPY BIRTHDAY BACH (3/21) Little Prelude In Something Between A and Bb (STBB 416) by Breakmaster Cylinder

This week's guest composer is B.M.C. Bach (see profile image), which is short for Baroque Master Cylinder, which is the past tense of Breakmaster Cylinder. See? I got jokes, fuck.

Influenced by the likes of @kayfaraday and @tokyomegaplex who are doing awesome thing with (i assume) midi. Maybe trackers. But their composition is serious and every note matters. So that.

Drums are twisted as per the rules accordingly:
Toms pitched, shaker chopped/repitched, windchime chopped into a single hit and dropped low to sound like a triangle, tambourine repitched with the envelope on an lfo and eq'd, snare has a shorter envelope is repitched and really hard compressed, kick has that weird cool pogo effect you can do on fruityloops which is basically a diagonal slope pitching: the front end is high and packed while the end drops low a bit and basically everyone should do this all the time, crashes are time stretched all to hell and occasionally made to sound like a gong.

Early Saturday I could not sleep because of this melody bouncing around my head. 90% of the music here is just that single harp note from @Sixfingerz's sample this week. Bloodstone is in there too. Nice one, Six.

Added bassoon, flute, and stabs of saw bass for flavor. Features Peter Schickele, Lil Jon and his crew, and Dislotec screaming like a lunatic in his car. The title is accurate, repitching the harp note sample accidentally put this in like A.3666 minor.
