acidforth showreel by boomlinde published on 2016-03-01T20:13:25Z acidforth is a synthesizer+sequencer I have been working on for the past year. Synthesizers are setup in a domain specific programming language which gives it some flexibility. Software here! https://github.com/boomlinde/acidforth Some brief info on the parts: 1. Complex FM where samples increasingly modulate the bass line. 2. Passable 303 without filters! Phase distortion synthesis with feedback modulation. 3. Lots of feedback delays, simple FM bassline and ring modulated and waveshaped drums. 4. Vowel synthesis with VOSIM-like approach using four parallel phase distortion voices and tables of formant data. 5. Complex FM, much like the first. 6. Weird sounding farty FM with strange modulations. 7. First attempt at VOSIM-like synthesis. Not as good approach, but the groove is there. 8. Musically tuned feedback delay on hi-hats 9. Straight forward sync with pulse width modulated pulses.
