Black Mcee Gulu Black Mcee is a Ugandan rapper/Musician best known for being one of the pioneers of luo-flow(Luo-flow- an original style of Hip Hop that's grown in Uganda.) Known for his leadership skills working as an activist and community organizer with a focus on reaching at risk youth, he is also one of the founders of Niyabo Hip Hop Foundation which teaches leadership skills to local youth. Black Mcee began his career in music in 2009 at the young age of 15. He has since won all the battles he's been contesting in and a number of recognized hip hop awards.
