Colombia is currently in a national strike, which began to counter attempts of the State to impose abusive taxes on basic necessities in a moment in which many people are already greatly struggling. The response of the government to the protests has been extremely violent, up till the moment of writing this more than 40 protestors have been killed, hundreds have been injured, and hundreds more are currently missing. The strike continues.
