Horizon Chase Race #2 "Bleeding Fingers" Snippet by Barry Leitch

When I was working on the Race#2 music, I kept thinking about how I felt when I first saw Nino Megadriver playing the original Top Gear music. I had been moved to tears seeing this crazy guy with a Sonic The Hedgehog guitar playing this insane arpeggio. I was astounded that someone could actually play it ! Later on I'd seen videos of Megadriver performing it in front of an audience and heard the crowd going absolutely nuts and singing along. It was very moving. It's every composers dream seeing all those people happy from your work ! So as I was writing Race 2 I closed my eyes and thought of Nino on stage, wrote the craziest guitar solo I could, and thought to myself... "Let's see you play this one then....." :)
