Having a lot of time in hand, revisiting old memories can make one feel nostalgic - this can be beneficial as one starts to appreciate what one has and good memories bring joy. On the other hand, remembering good times in the past can be saddening and result in a feeling of longing.

In the song Montage, we talk about anticipatory grief and that feeling of nostalgia tinged with regret: something we’ve all probably felt over these last few months.

ABOUT THE EP
Through our EP Eye of the Storm, we aim to take listeners back to visit the hopelessness and isolation felt by all at the start of quarantine.
The EP was written from the perspective of someone experiencing the pandemic for the first time, and interestingly, through the different stages of grief.
