Halloween In Tyria by ArenaNet

Maclaine: This is my first major musical contribution to Guild Wars 2. I felt like we needed a suitably Elfman-esque piece of music to go along with the Burton-esque vibe of the Halloween content.

The idea here is that the violin playing the main melody represents the Mad King (shades of Nero). The clarinet and oboe that also play the melody represent his various wives and subjects who get caught up in his madness.

If you're playing Guild Wars 2 during the week leading up to Halloween, keep your eyes peeled for a character called the Fake Mad King, who puts on a little show set to this music at various places in the world.
