Kung Fu Hustle!

Here’s the scoop: Back in 2015, it was announced that I was traveling to perform at Boom Festival next year and we (Flembaz boys and yours truly) decided it would be a good idea to put the EP out as Anyer Quantum and not Shaolin Shuffle as we originally planned...

Fun Fact: The track was supposed to be named "Kung Fu Hustler" in homage to the 1975 Blaxploitation classic, Dolemite. But due to a mix-up, it was released as "Kung Fu Hustle." A fortuitous flub? Definitely! 😅

I believe the track set the stage for bigger, bolder ideas down the line. Back then, I was just winging it—experimenting with techniques that were probably a bit out of my league, both in terms of gear and experience. At the time, I was only about eight months into my music-making journey.

I really hope you vibe with these oldies. They might feel a bit dated, but they're an essential part of my journey. Huge thanks for your support 🙇‍♂️
