Call Of The Chromed Commandos [Summoner of Sounds Composition Event] by Anorax published on 2015-07-01T02:38:18Z Note: This is a slightly edited version to replace the first. Here's the original: https://soundcloud.com/anoraxofficialmusic/call-of-the-chromed-commandos-summoner-of-sounds-composition-event1/s-FpCh9 - - - - - Created for the second round of the Summoner of Sounds video game music composition event for RPGMaker.net. The second round was based around a sci-fi or modern military setting, and required composers to adhere to an "alerting or confronting" impression when composing—the goal was to compose for an assault-type action scenario. I took inspiration from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's multiplayer lobby theme for this track. All percussion elements are from Impact Soundworks' "Shreddage: Drums", "ReForged: Cinematic Metallic Sound Design", and "Groove Bias: Vintage Drum Sounds" Kontakt libraries. Guitars are from Impact Soundworks' "Shreddage 2X" and "Shreddage Classic" electric guitar Kontakt libraries. Violin samples come from Impact Soundwork's free "Stroh Violin" Kontakt library. All Impact Soundworks libraries available for purchase at http://impactsoundworks.com. All other elements come from AIR's Hybrid 3, Superwave's Performer, or SONiVOX's Wobble 2. You should throw some delay or reverb on your synths though. 2016-11-30T13:39:26Z Comment by ToY bOy SMiTTY sick drum patterns on the kick drum dig the guitars sound effects cool and creative composition 2015-08-30T03:53:09Z Comment by Marc Angelo nice rock n roll vibe right here guitar part is dope as fuck man and wobble bass gives it a new age element ! 2015-08-28T01:11:10Z Comment by allenbreakZ ohh yes very nice...digging the electro rock vibes. keep that rolling man 2015-08-02T23:18:20Z Comment by SAM BYRD Great perfmormances all around, very nicely molded sounds. There isn't much low end, you might benefit in terms of punch of you beefed up a bit, unless you were going light on purpose. Still, very good work 2015-07-26T20:51:24Z Comment by Monkeyman Music wilde sounds auf diesem! sehr gefühlbetont die gitarre, die auf nahme klingt sehr gut, weiter so... 2015-07-26T13:45:22Z Comment by Galatra I believe what this artist is achieving is mixing heavy metal with dubstep wobble basses battling each other to death. Winner takes all who ever provides the best sound champion cup. This tune reminds me of playing a run-and-gun FPS game, busting out enemies that nothing stands in its way. I may want to add a suggestion is to arrange more variations of wobble basses to sound "growl-like" or "screeching like a banshee" kind of thing. The heavy metal guitars are rockin' solid. A great track to place on any shooter game. 2015-07-26T04:48:16Z Comment by Jeremy Greysmark Love guitar tunes like that! your arraangment is interesting!! :) 2015-07-25T20:23:38Z Comment by Maka "Queen Of The Stage" very intense and cinematic with a video game type vibe to it.
