Ananda Leeke, a Thriving Mindfully Coach, artist, author, and Human Design Doula, utilizes her podcast to inspire people to reclaim their birthrights of mindfulness, self-love, self-worth, self-care, creativity, and abundance. The podcast also encourages people to practice meditation and create more mindful moments in their lives, careers, and businesses. Ananda is passionate about mindful communication, creativity, leadership, living, self-care, technology, and work
She discovered mindfulness, self-care, and wellness when her career as a lawyer, an investment banker, and a digital communications professional stressed her out, caused burnout, and did not produce the level of success she expected. During her healing journey, she studied and practiced meditation, reiki, yoga, art, creative writing. sound healing, digital wellness, and Human Design. As a result, she became a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher, a reiki master practitioner, a sound healer, and an artist-in-residence for the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts.
Today, she helps time-pressed and stressed people align with their unique flow so they can flourish + grow in their life, relationships, and career. She serves as the Chief Mindfulness Officer of Ananda Leeke Consulting, a wellness company that specializes in personal and professional development with Human Design. She also leads the Thriving Mindfully Academy and Community, an online education platform and membership site.
