We all know the feeling of being exhausted and overwhelmed by everyday life. All the big and small tasks that need to be done, even though your mind and body are crying out for rest. This song is about the balance for myself in order to function and cope in this fast, crazy world and at the same time listen to myself and my body. We can't control everything, certain things have to be accepted. The important thing is not to lose yourself.
