AfroN8V AfroN8V AfroN8V (pronounced Afro-Native) is a Miami, Florida born & reared MC/Spoken word Poet that comes from the Abibifoɔ (Black people) of Abibiman (Twi Akan name for the Black Motherland continent commonly known as Afrika) who were trafficked as captives to Southern Abya Yala (colonially known as South America) and in some instances united with the Abya Yala peoples against the colonial invaders (e.g., Republica de los Zambos). His influences stem deep from the Abibiwiase (Black=Afrikan World), from Black Miami & Ft Lauderdale to the Black=Afrikan Caribbean, to Black=Afro'colombia', to the DMV, to our origins all over Abibiman. Musical inspirations are Hip Hop, Reggae, Currulao and Bullerengue, some of our deepest Black=Afrikan Diasporic cultural expressions. He creates Hip Hop and Poetry in his Floridian/Southern dialect, some Caribbean-Afrikan languages and creates Hip Hop and Reggae music in his Afro-"colombian" Coastal Spanish dialect.
