Comment by Michael Davis In my experience, the two biggest problems in Latin America are: 1) Like Cappy said, Latin American women never stop voting for the state to hand them GimmeDats; and 2) After generations of GimmeDats, teenage girls in Latin America tend to view having a baby the way vapid American women view having teacup poodles. They tend to have the feeling that no teenage girl's life is complete without one, and given that they operate solely on feelings and never on the logic of asking whether they have the ability to actually pay for that baby or whether they will have a man to provide for that baby. And then the breakdown of society is, of course, the fault of the government. And if you ask the government who's at fault, it's Yankee Capitalism. Because we can't ever be mean and publicly admit that the nuclear family is what's best for moms, kids and society at large.
