Sir, please put away the christmas bells and don't take them out until you write a track for Skyradio..

    2. zuur on July 12, 2009 20:07

@efraim: LOL, they're too loud, grant you that. But a Christmas track eh.. * scratches chin * Could be some money in that... ;)

lovely lovely choirs indeed - Im gonna check if I have any Mellotron samples around now :p

    2. zuur on November 01, 2009 18:23

@raytrace: I use M-Tron, but there's bound to be tons of samples around. I must hold back not to use it in every track ;)

I can hear the 80s influence here for sure, but it only adds to the awesomeness.

I really like these, they add just enough spice to make the classics accessible without screwing up what makes them classics.

Ik kan er erg om lachen ;-) maar goed is het niet ...

@The Observer: Hehe, het is mooi kazig. ;) De drums enzo ben ik aan het recyclen in een ander deuntje!

After all the fastness, I'm dialing to double-digit bpm numbers. Upon hearing this a bit later, I find the synth line I play eerily like Wendy Carlos's ' Rocky Mountains' . Work in progress, want to aim for some funky darkness in the end. I wonder if it needs vocals.
