A coalition of officials from along the northern French coast are calling for UK immigration checks at Calais to be scrapped because they say the migrant crisis has reached an unbearable level. Small boat arrivals from across the Channel are on the rise again and 2024 has already been the deadliest year on record for migrant deaths. Our Europe Correspondent Nick Beake reports.
