Ascending alumni bunii just dropped an exclusive new performance, titled “Tethered,” — recorded in NYC for The Booth, SoundCloud’s official live performance series.

Blending alternative rock, bedroom pop and emo, the LA-based vocalist, musician and songwriter is part of a growing indie scene on SoundCloud. After connecting with fellow indie artists like kid moon and crayon only a couple of years ago, bunii began uploading demos and growing his audience on the platform, going on to release his major label debut album, ‘VIRGILIO,’ in March 2026.

To celebrate the release, this exclusive acoustic session captures bunii’s fresh perspective on contemporary emo, putting his distinctive sound and style on full display.
