QRUSSO KASHMIR My affection for electronic music originated from a Namco racing game i was playing in 2012 - UNLEASHED. i used to abandon the race, park my car and listen to these weird “tunes” the game had in it. I googled these tracks and found a whole lot of unheard and different music out there. Fast forward 2013 spring, one afternoon me and my friend we were sitting in his car enjoying and discussing music, when we dramatically say to each other, we should make music ! like in a movie or something. Thus began QRUSSO, a music duo, but unfortunately, within a month or more, my friend quit and i had to carry on solo. My first project was DVBBS - GOLD SKIES REMIX and slowly as i learnt more ins and outs of music, i dropped a trance track called “SPACELEAP TRANCEMISSION” and to my surprise it climbed to #25 Beatport worldwide charts. I have also made dark and melodic dubstep e.g. TWO MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT. And in 2019 and around it, i developed a knack for making beats like MISSING and SICK. QRUSSO first started releasing to Spotify, Apple music and other stores in March 2020, my first release being SADISTIC HEALER. The main purpose of me making music, as i feel it, is to translate my feelings, my pain and to represent my people and to raise awareness about the PAIN my WARTORN people have felt.
