mrscene Yaseen Abbas Auckland Yaseen Abbas aka Mr Scene, Born 30 September. Mr Scene is taking EDM, Hip Hop, RnB, Pop and other Electronic genres and making it his own sound. Mr Scene says " Its about all musical styles and personalities coming together on a track, The chemistry between the genres work ". With infectious beats and melodies Mr Scene self professed to create and evolve an entirely new spectrum of sound. Yaseen aka Mr Scene started as a DJ in 2004 playing at locally which in his own words “Djing gave me the opportunity to discover what I love about music, I needed more, I wanted more, I wanted to be the guy making the music that people are dancing and singing to, music that uplifts and inspires”. Yaseen started producing in 2006 experimenting with hip hop and R&B which were foreign genres to him at the time, He was taken under the wing of RedBull Studios where he learnt the foundation of music production and worked with some well known producers including the dubious brothers. 4 years later in 2010 he started a label called “Scene Productions Music” which signed 3 artists and 2 producers. The label had 3 successful releases, which aired on NZ radio and TV stations and reached the top 25 NZ charts, The music was released on worldwide iTunes and other good music stores.
