Imagine a world where the global pandemic has made face-to-face interactions with strangers all but impossible, where anti-black racism has gotten so lethal that protestors are driven onto the streets in every major city, week after week, where global warming threatens to submerge entire nations and bring the world to the edge of climate catastrophe, where the gap between the rich and poor continues to widen as social safety nets are being ripped apart. This is 2020 - a time when upheaval has become ordinary.
