בעולם החדש יזכה הוא בהוד
למקום ענקי של יראה וכבוד.

ילקוט לא ישא על גבו הקטן
לא יפתח ויסגור ולא ירכוס ברוכסן.
הכול כאן נותר מיותם ועצוב
וילד מתוק עם סוף כה כאוב.

חבריו ודאי יזכרוהו תמיד
יספרו אודותיו בהווה, בעתיד
עיניו המדברות יעצמו לעולם
וליבו הקטן כך שתק ונדם.

ליאם שם קצר בחיים קצרצרים
לא הספיק להגשים חלומות, הרהורים.
יום אחד בתוך קיץ חמים ועצוב
הסתיימו החיים, הוא עזב בלי שוב.

A deathly silence enveloped Liam
With the blow of an ax he changed the world,
In the new world he will be glorious
To a huge place of awe and respect.

He will not carry a satchel on his small back
Will not open and close and will not zip.
Everything here remains desolate and sad
And a sweet boy with such a painful end.

His friends will surely always remember him
They will tell about him in the present, in the future
His talking eyes will close forever
And his little heart was so silent and still.

Liam is a short name in a short life
It was not enough to fulfill dreams, reflections.
One day in a hot and sad summer
Life ended, he left without ever again.
