Triple Royale With Cheese by gorgorgathgorgorgor published on 2021-12-21T03:20:19Z This is my entry for KVR OSC #154 13 Instances of Triple Cheese in VCV Rack 2, using the "Host" module. Loudmax limiter using the "Host FX" module. Various sequencers, clocks, Bernouli switches. LFOs and things to directly modulate parameters of the cheese (nothing too crazy). Mindmeld MixMaster, Auxpander and EQMaster modules. Plateau reverb module. Chronoblob and Tap Dancer delay modules. Genre Electronic Comment by ] Peter H [ I like that you stick to your concept. It's not simply trying to "reproduce" something ... it's completely yours. And on top it's quite entertaining 2022-01-16T11:53:56Z Comment by emikaela you keep getting better and better at this! :) 2022-01-15T17:45:06Z Comment by ontrackp Great, fun track. 2022-01-15T17:44:04Z Comment by ontrackp really creative -- you seem to have a very good handle on VCV rack. 2022-01-15T17:43:25Z Comment by ontrackp Those intro chords and right into chaos. Love it! 2022-01-15T17:42:40Z Comment by The Exponent That was a wild ride! I enjoyed the eclectic vibe that you've crafted through sound design and arrangement 2022-01-15T11:12:36Z Comment by TapTapDoubleTap What always impresses me about your stuff is the level of detail. Loads of really interesting flourishes 2022-01-15T00:32:31Z Comment by TapTapDoubleTap This is definitely a more obscure sort of cheese. It's no mild cheddar or monterey jack. More of a Berner Alpkäse or an artisan gruyere. 2022-01-15T00:31:40Z Comment by SP This is delightfully bonkers. Love it. Sod convention 2022-01-13T16:11:38Z Comment by Robert Chavez I love the surprise reveal after the mellow intro! 2022-01-09T17:02:51Z Comment by Robert Chavez I love all the surprises in this, a very unique cool and chaotic soundscape! 2022-01-09T17:01:01Z Comment by SeBaer This ryhtmic section seems a little too structured for this track. It almost creates the illusion of normalcy. :D 2022-01-06T21:33:47Z Comment by Sequential-X Mad scientist alert! He is going to end the world! I can almost picture him in his lab experimenting on compounds and mumbling about chemistry formulas. 2022-01-04T09:55:28Z Comment by Davi-DJ the bass warns me to remain on alert 2022-01-03T17:14:54Z Comment by NeverBeenInARiot the laws of physics are for mere mortals - abstract malfunctioning-robot techno-jazz at it's finest! 2022-01-02T16:16:29Z Comment by IV Hmm, sometimes your robots are more structured) 2022-01-02T14:18:58Z Comment by SeBaer I have the mental image of a cat walking over a keyboard that solely consists of randomize buttons. ;) 2022-01-01T22:01:29Z Comment by Yadrichik Chaya I can't find any better boss music for a video game in 3D! :) - This song being the theme for a bizarre boss that is near impossible to beat. A very unpredictible boss, he can easily shapeshift from a clown to a huge golden dragon and anything in between. He really throws you of guard easily with his various tricks and even the environment were you fight him changes from being inside a huge vending machine filled with licorice root to all of a sudden being around the Milky Way and thousands of Guiro Frogs - at a finger snap - He uses many colorful air baloons that drop to the ground on his command as his main weapon + wooden sunfeathers that he throws at you. Please contact some game developers with this song! :) I'm serious! 2021-12-27T21:29:39Z Comment by The Ted Mountainé Orchestra Yeah, this feels very... sequency? Clocky? Ah, yes, modular! Some beautiful moments in this piece! 2021-12-21T09:35:28Z Comment by YF12A wowo 2021-12-21T04:05:39Z
