I found out where the voiceline was from. After looking up some unused Undertale tracks, I got the wiki page. So, have any of you ever heard of "abc_123_a"? Well, if you don't, it's a track using AI ahh voices telling you not to "spoil the game". But one of the voice lines is "It will be your fault!", in the exact voice this song uses! I was completely unaware the voice line was from that, but it's cool bc it fits VHS, as the message of the audio is to file rippers, I presume, telling them not to "spoil" the game, and not to tell everyone secrets they find in the audio files.
