While Phon.o is savoring the tropical climate of India and Thailand, his new cut for Cultivated Sound is anything but— he serves an icy, ethereal, kaleidoscope of broken techno that will put you in a contemplative yet lifted mood as you round out the end of 2018.

Hailing from Berlin, Phon.o has worked as a producer and DJ for nearly 20 years, where critics and writers have described his diverse sound as “dark,” “stripped down,” “beautiful and industrial.”
