Bassiani invites Talismann / Podcast #133 by BASSIANI

Next up is a very special mix from Guy Blanken’s darker techno alias, Talismann. As the son of clubber parents, he’s been working hard to honour his creative legacy under a triad of disparate pseudonyms. Makam, Slagmann, Talismann: the latter manifestation a ferocious take on his house-centred persona, under the cover of which he calls De School and Dekmantel home and explores the more uncompromising side of his nature. For anyone curious, the 29th July sees his latest work (Percussion Part 3) immortalised in wax and released via his self-titled imprint. In the meantime though, this Podcast instalment should sate that curiosity with a preview of some of his latest tracks. Bassiani Podcast 132 is packed with menacing sounds and hyperactive drum arrangements; thunderous, intensifying, peak-time beats for the most vehement techno heads.
