Unstable Label was founded by DJ Era back in 1999 with a mission to tear up the emerging Nu-Skool Breaks scene. The first release, Higher State of Nu-Skool, cemented the labels ethos of tough dance floor driven music.

Throughout the years it has had releases from many top artists as well as debut some of the freshest unsigned talent.

In 2005 h0ffman joined the label and continued to drive forward new music into the fold. This period saw the label continue to grow and push the boundries with more diverse talent.

After a 4 year hiatus, Hoffman decided to resurrect the label with the help of rc55 and djsavannah. Still with the original party music ethos the label will showcase some of the original talents aswell as digging deeper into the unknown for the freshest artists you’ve never heard of.
