When words fail, music speaks!!!
I have words I want to say......MUSICALLY!!!
As a painter uses a canvas, a musician uses silence to paint a picture of melodies!!!
I come from a musically inclined family, my father, Tenor sang opera all over the world and all family members play an instrument and were brought up singing everything from gospel, musicals, opera and all in between. I grew up singing in gospel choirs, school plays, and sang in a local band from my hometown. The styles of music I prefer are ballads and any song that tells a story, fast tempo or slow. Old School at heart!!!
In 2001, I began singing in a band with a former musical director for a well known national recording artist from Oakland, CA and we performed at local venues in the California Bay Area. I sang with some of Oakland’s well known musicians and perform/ed at some of the popular spots in the Bay area. i.e.: Kimball’s East, Kimball’s Carnival, Hs. Lordships - Paramount Theatre, Oakland City Art Festivals –Oakland’s Jack London Square Festivals, The Fat Lady, Bluesville, Simones'(Oaktree), Johnny Foley’s, Pier 23 & 49, San Francisco, Expressions/Pixar Studios and at Sweet Water in Mill Valley.
Other venues include Feather Falls Casino in Oroville, CA, Golden Phoenix in Reno, Harrah’s in South Lake Tahoe, Aladdin Casino in Las Vegas & The Choctaw Indian Resort & Casino in Oklahoma, Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas, the Cannery, Las Vegas, Black Oak Casino, CA, Pala Casino, San Diego, CA, Thunder Valley Casino, CA and Fantasy Spa Resort & Casino, Palm Springs, CA along with various Arts and Wine Festivals.

Presently, I am a lead and background vocalist, singing with local bands in the San Francisco Bay Area and performing in other Tribute Shows with my friends!
