About
TNMFL IS
Cody Petit
Brandon Petit
Spencer Yates
TNMFL was born in late 2010.
We are three songwriters collaborating on new ideas and spring boarding them into reality. We are from Jefferson County, Mo.
Brandon and Spencer had worked together previously on other projects, so when Brandon and his brother Cody decided to start making music together Spencer kind of just melded in. He came and played on some recordings and never left. We keep an open door policy and love to collaborate with musicians of any genre.

Heres a review of Tnmfl from Hardwiredmedia.com -
The New Madrid Fault Line is a unique band with an original, yet familiar sound. They remind me of a mix between Iron & Wine, and Modest Mouse. They use acoustic melodies and vocal harmonies to achieve their unique sound. They use downbeat rhythms to produce a musical emotion that can really draw you in. They have a great way of building layers in their music that create... a dramatic and powerful effect on the listener. Their name fits the music well, as if “danger” was imminent. It’s a tense melodramatic sound that has a certain droning quality to it… in a good way. I like the creativity involved in their music, and I think they are a great up and coming Indie band.
