Out in the field, recording in India by Takimi

This is an composed musical score, an audio travelogue and a sonic impression made during a 3 month trip through middle and Northern India in 2010. It was a journey driven by a sonic experience, traveling from Mumbai to rural Gujarat and the desert of Rajasthan, via New Delhi to Varanasi then to Darjeeling and towards the Khangchendzonga mountian region in Sikkim, down to Calcutta and all the way back to Mumbai. Its compiled out of Lo-Fi audio recordings done with an Sony cassette (voice) recorder.
