★BODDHI SATVA...
Born and raised in the Central African Republic, Boddhi’s first introduction to music production happened in 1994. Back then, Boddhi was writing, singing and rapping in a Hip-Hop group (Gbekpa Crew) In 2000 he ended up embracing his first love, MUSIC. He then began to develop his production talents and was slowly seduced by the sounds of Deep House, and most notably the music of producers like: Kevin Yost , Alton Miller, St Germain, Osunlade, Masters At Work..
A meeting with Alton Miller in 2005 resulted in the birth to two EP’s: “Prelude To A Motion EP” and “See The Day.” Both collaborations were released on the trail-blazing Paris-based ATAL Music. In 2006, Boddhi realized that the sound of Osunlade is one of the inspirations that helped him craft his now respected Ancestral Soul, a touch that was introduced to the world on Yoruba Records with the “Satva Varti EP.” In 2007 ATAL released “Moina Ya Mokili” Boddhi Satva’s third release on the label done this time in collaboration with Abel Tabu.
In 2008 a prolific year for Boddhi Satva created his own label “Offering Recordings” and also deliver a lot of remixes and original productions on labels like: Bubble Soul, Seasons Limited, Seed Recordings, Ocha Records, Vega Records, Yoruba Records, Abicah Soul Records, Franck Roger Digital, Deeper Shades Of House, CityDeep Music and UGH.
Now signed by world-renowned and Grammy Award winner Louie Vega and Yoruba boss Osunlade, Boddhi has confirmed he could keep up his creativity by constantly recreating his musical aptitudes. He will shortly be releasing a full-length album showcasing his ever evolving talents. His now well-known “Ancestral Soul” mixes and productions will propel the profile of Boddhi Satva skyward.

★ ATJAZZ...
Martin Iveson aka ATJAZZ arrived into the UK’s music scene in the early nineties. The success of his early works including his first EP ‘Story’ in 1996 led to the well-received album ‘That Something’, which was later licensed in Japan by Sony/Kioon in 1998. With two further albums, ‘Labfunk’ & ‘Labresults’ following soon after, Atjazz had at this time established himself as a distinct and inspirational voice in the underground music scene.
Martin has also been a prolific remixer throughout his career remixing and reworking songs & works for artists such as Nitin Sawhney, Bob Sinclar, Jazzanova, Zed Bias & Omar to name but a few and was even requested to rework Henri Mancini’s ‘The Pink Panther Returns” for EMI Records. Martin is still remixing heavily as he states that remixing has helped to launch his production techniques forward and it’s the perfect practice pitch for trying out new ideas and breaking moulds within a diluted industry. “Remixing helps to hone your sound and allows the producer to print their trademark into another space”
2009 saw Martin close his label Mantis Recordings due to harsh industry changes and from these ashes came the Imprint appropriately named ‘Atjazz Record Company’, which has flown to great heights within the digital realm and has seen many fantastic and sought after releases including his 3rd long player ‘Full Circle’. Atjazz Record Company is a new chapter for Atjazz but with a continuation of his trademark sound.
Martin ‘Atjazz’ Iveson is in demand across the world: Whether it be renowned producer, sought after remixer, or floor filling DJ, Martin gives his heart to hold the soul… Most of you already know what to expect, coupled with the SOUL FUSION vibe Sat 3 July is all set to be a massive night once again..
