DENNIS; an 8-piece PIT POP folkrock & brass band from the former pit town of Hetton whose songs about the local town captivate audiences across the country.

Members have played European tours, O2 Academy tours and National Brass Band finals with previous projects, collaborating under DENNIS to create music influenced through a local heritage of brass bands, workingmens clubs, pit village life and stories of the working class.

A headline show at THE SAGE GATESHEAD [http://youtu.be/klmhaJ-isDk] proved DENNIS to be one of the most exciting & concise North East bands heading into 2013.

Debut video "Caught In The Middle" [http://youtu.be/Xwg7INQ88jo] aired across music channels September 2012 upon release of EP1 "Colliery Welfare EP" (available instores & online). EP2 is due May 2013 in line with UK tours and festivals.
