I wrote this song as a meditation to be sung after the distribution and reception of Jesus to focus our minds and hearts on what has just transpired. Using the wonder and awe of Saint Elizabeth at the Visitation combined with the Eucharistic theology of Saint Thomas Aquinas, the song aims to reinforce the truth and beauty of the most Blessed Sacrament, the source and summit of our Catholic faith.
