Yo Yo internet world my name is Prozak Morris (Nick Couvdos by birth certificate). Welcome to my sounds. I am a DJ/Producer/Mixing&Recording Engineer by profession, and live in LA, Killa Cali but I am originally from and did most my coming up in Sacramento, Ca. I grew up obsessed with Jazz, and Hip Hop, actually its safe to say I still am. I have been constructing beats, and so on for over ten years now though it feels like I am just getting started. I am particularly new to the cyber platforms of putting out music( I'm old school brothah!) so the sound cloud is a new set of turf for me. I am excited to connect with like minded artists and get my sounds to new ears so here goes nothing! 10-07-2011...First Update. Well its been four months on the Cloud, and I can honestly admit I had no clue there were so many REAL crate digging purists keeping our culture afloat in a most glorious way all around the Globe. Much respect to my people who I have both worked with, and have made a strong musical connection with. I have as of today released both an ep, and full length lp. 07-05-12...Second Update...Whatup FAM! After a several month leave of absence from the internet and the planet earth in general I am extremely pleased to report I have returned to the masses with an entire full length never before heard (for the most part) 25 track LP. After months of living in a studio, and rarely seeing daylight, plus an immense amount of spiritual, and creative exploration I have returned with what I can confidently say is my most cherished collection of music to date. Prozak Morris Presents...Keys To The City is Dropping July 10th, and I will be letting out a few samples of it in the meantime to let the Brethren have a taste of what Ive been cooking up in solitude. I Look forward to catching up on my most respected homies work, that I have been unable to listen to in the last few months, and say whattup if its been a while yo!
