Some of the first, most inspirational musical memories Prower can recall are the 16-bit bleeps and bloops of his childhood blasting through from his Sega Genesis. Though he was raised on and loves a healthy mix of all music, nothing quite compares to his passion for dance music; particularly the sexy, cerebral grooviness of House and Tech House.

He began DJ'ing in 2007, and began producing dance music shortly after, first using Reason and eventually transitioning to his current, primarily Ableton Live-based setup. He saw widespread success with a #1 spot on the Hype Machine for his remix of "Sofi Needs a Ladder" by Deadmau5. Garnering over 40k views and maxing out Soundcloud downloads in just a few days; "Sofi" brought Prower's productions considerable attention and allowed him to play shows alongside the likes of Alesso, AutoErotique and CaliParis, among many others.

Prower's music is an eclectic and surreal mix of infectious, sensual basslines, ethereal atmospheres, effortless transitions and unexpected drops. Aside from his original productions, Prower has remixed a slew of artists spanning multiple genres including Deadmau5, Laidback Luke, Marco Bailey, BT, The Ting Tings, Wu-Tang Clan and The Alan Parsons Project.

His forthcoming debut EP's, EFF and ZEE, will be releasing on 9G Records in March 2013! Alongside Prower's bombastic originals are a slew of genre-spanning remixes from fellow up and coming producers that are sure to keep the party jumpin'!
