Novem Emir Cehaic Novem is a deephouse project of a music enthusiast, producer and a dj Emir Cehaic, from Zagreb, Croatia. Originating from hip-hop scene, he soon discovered electronic music and has been involved in it for the past 15 years, with the debut vinyl release in 2003 on German label Hadshot. Already known for his releases under the moniker Shuma (with Davor Tosovic), he has delivered more than 30 releases among some of the most respected artist in the scene like Minilogue, Trentemoller, Martinez, Stephan Hinz and was charted by Richie Hawtin as well as many others. His love for music goes beyond electronica, as he is proud to say that he composed a score for the movie „The morning after“ as well as several theatrical plays. Today, he is focused on bringing fresh, deep and groovy sounds, as he is putting his whole heart into one thing he loves the most – and that is music.
