Their first album, looking for a/more label/s, is called "L'enfant et le Ménure" (The child and the Lyrebird).
InSonar is a project where electronics and voice are used as tools to explore the world of sound in all of its nuances. It's a project which doesn't relate to any particular musical genre but self-defines its own code, between sky and earth, fantastic journey and leap into the labyrinth of unconscious.
"L'Enfant et le Ménure" is an album that talks of violated childhood, without situating into the morbid.
The children talks for themselves, turning the everyday dread into stardust, between horror and magic.
The record, due in 2012, consists in 17 tracks spacing from covers of David Bowie and Brian Eno, The Velvet Underground, Tim Buckley, Pierrot Lunaire, quotes from opera ditties of Martini, Giordano, Gounod, words of Federico Garcia Lorca, Agatha Christie, David Lynch. One of the tracks is been used as a soundtrack for an installation by director Marc Vincent Kalinka during the Biennal Art Exhibition of Venice 2011, another was used in the opening performance of the First Biennal Exhibition of Contemporary Art in Moscow in 2005.
