inacabinwith Maarten Besseling In general In A Cabin With is about a collaboration between musicians internationally on a very special location. Every two months In A Cabin WIth is inviting one or more Dutch musicians to travel to a beautiful spot somewhere in the world to write, produce and record an album in collaboration with local musicians, in 10 to 14 days. This location could be a farmhouse in Sweden, a big wooden house just outside Chiang May Thailand, an apartment in New York or a church in Ottawa Canada. We will take all the recorded material back to The Netherlands and after mixing (and mastering) the recordings in our studio, the albums are fully available as a FREE download on our website inacabinwith.com. The actual CD’s will be released and distributed by one of BeNeLux biggest distribution companies V2 music. Until now the location(s), the inspiration and the isolation of these recording session made it possible to make some fantastic albums. The latest albums by The Giants of Húsavík, Chop Wood, Norman Kapoyos & The Swinging Mood Orchestra, Solden, Waiting for Eve, Neonbelle and Arthur Adam are well worth downloading. They all had a lot of very positive reviews in almost all the Benelux newspapers and (online) music magazines. Some of our productions are even nominated for a few different music prices here in The Netherlands. inacabinwith’s tracks TIKA - Different Shades Of White by inacabinwith published on 2011-07-18T15:47:33Z TIKA - Here I Go Again by inacabinwith published on 2011-06-23T14:40:14Z TRADITIONALS - Davie Lawson (UK) - Moonshiner by inacabinwith published on 2011-03-04T22:26:00Z TRADITIONALS - Maurits Westerik (GEM) - Baby Let Me Follow You Down by inacabinwith published on 2011-03-04T22:24:34Z TRADITIONALS - Marien Dorleijn (Moss) - Peggy-O by inacabinwith published on 2011-03-04T22:22:08Z TRADITIONALS - Anne Soldaat - Days of '49 by inacabinwith published on 2011-02-15T08:41:44Z In A Cabin With from Surinam @ Giel 3FM by inacabinwith published on 2010-11-15T08:53:34Z Stan Diego -Birds, Bees, Flowers and Trees (live) by inacabinwith published on 2010-06-03T22:03:07Z Neonbelle - Thin Air Tangible (live) by inacabinwith published on 2010-06-03T18:13:18Z Chop Wood - Stay The Night (live) by inacabinwith published on 2010-06-02T14:32:07Z
