BBC Radio Merseyside show by HelenMaherMusic published on 2012-08-27T17:50:28Z In early 2010 Stan Ambrose from BBC Radio Merseyside asked if I'd like an hour long session on his folk scene show. I was flattered but didn't have enough music recorded or much radio experience even though I was and continue to be a regular performer in and around Liverpool. I was helped (alot) by Steve Parry in getting these recordings together and Stan was really patient with my nerves in the interview process. I hope to be able to do something like this again - alot has happened for me musically in 2 and a half years!
