Wanna Dance? - EP by goldenstaterecordings published on 2011-05-12T03:57:58Z GSR-005 Joshua Heath - Wanna Dance? EP In 2005, versed musician Joshua Heath listened to Solaris Heights - ‘Rivers’ and was motivated to create house music. The result was ‘You Wanna Dance’ which was picked up by Dallas label Grab Recordings - an event that ultimately gave way to his career in dance music. while digging thru an old hard drive earlier this year, Joshua found the original session files, spawning the desire for a long overdue revision - and thus, the 2011 Hot Mix was born. JoShua’s 2011 Hot Mix breathes some freshness into the original, keeping the sexy synth lines, ripping guitar and rhodes solos, but adds that hot and heavy drum production, a fat ass bassline and some funky original vocals. SO stop trippin’, put it back in your pants, and tell us - do you Wanna Dance? Golden State artist Kevin Skaggs comes in second with his Dirty Disco Rework. On track with his GSR004 release, his remix is full of original synth work and quirky drum production. His Grooves break it down and leave you feelin’ fine, it’s THIS remix that will make you lose your mind. Tighten up your belt before you listen to Jonn Hawley’s Drobot Dub, because the earth shaking bass is sure to drop your pants to the floor. Assuming said pants are around your ankles, panties or briefs are soon to follow. Dark, dubby and techy, this pounder rounds out the Ep perfectly. * Release date: June 6th, 2011 * Please supply your latest radio playlists, published reviews, and DJ charts to berger@dopedenproductions.com Genre House Contains tracks 2011 Hot Mix by goldenstaterecordings published on 2011-05-12T04:00:50Z Skaggs Dirty Disco Mix by goldenstaterecordings published on 2011-05-12T04:00:51Z Hawley's Drobot Dub by goldenstaterecordings published on 2011-05-12T04:00:51Z
