Desolate Image Ottawa Desolate image is a Punk Rock/Alternative band that hosts great events playing a range of songs from punk all the way to country rock. It is a band whose music that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. This group was formed in the late summer of 2010 when brothers Dave and Sean decided to start a group that brought a unique sound to the musical community of its hometown Ottawa. Within weeks of its formation, the group already had numerous songs composed and arranged; however, they experienced significant changes soon after as their lead guitarist one of two guitarists, Dave Gallaway, departed and was then replaced with bassist Rob “Smoke stack” Stark. Currently, the band members’ roles include Dave on lead guitar and vocals, Rob on bass, and Sean on drums and backing vocals. At the present, Desolate Image is broadening its horizons as the band works towards the completion of their debut album “City Nights”, which is scheduled to come out in the mid half of 2015.
