Raised on the South West coast of England, Chris’s musical journey began not in studios or rehearsal rooms, but during his time serving in the Royal Navy. With a keen eye for songwriting, Linton has also written in the pop world with artists and songwriters such as Louis Mattrs (SG Lewis, Maisie Peters), Ivor Novello winner Steve Booker (Duffy, John Newman), Gabrielle Aplin and Hayla — experiences that continue to shape his rich journey as a veritable songwriter.
