AutoAxon Chicago AutoAxon is a self-evolving, single-celled cybernetic organism. His father was a computer virus and his mother was a generative life simulation 'gone wild'. In the depths of a drunken depression after his plans for Y2K didn't work out, he put his destructive knowledge of electronic clocks to positive use in music and adopted Ableton Live in the year 2001. With a background as both a vinyl DJ and a producer/live PA artist, AutoAxon immerses himself in all styles of bass driven electronic music in both his performances and original productions. His live performance is a ribcage shattering mashup of his own tracks, collaborations with other artists, glitched out hip hop, and live remixing of heavy hitting bass music. With releases out on Random Access Recordings, Chicago Producer's Cooperative and Ear Time Records, AutoAxon's production is bringing him into the spotlight as one of Chicago's most innovative and talented bass music producers.
