Panel discussion on the future of libraries at Swiss Cottage Library, 27 March 2012 by Arts Council England

The Arts Council has launched a consultation on the purpose, value and impact of public libraries in the 21st century. This includes an online conversation, where people have been invited to respond to posts by independent library thinkers. Arts Council England's Chair Liz Forgan launched the online conversation at Swiss Cottage Library, chairing this panel debate with six library leaders to discuss public libraries of the future.
