The beginning of his career at the end of the 90's in the south of France allowed him to meet people, what led him to settle in 2006 on the island of Saint Barth. At the head of the Music and Sound agency, specialized in sound diffusion, music production and artist booking, he was also the musical director of the restaurant Bonito St Barth for six years. His various travels from the islands allowed him to enrich his culture and share his unusual artistic universe throughout the world. He co-produced several EPs, the first one in collaboration with Mandel Turner from Brooklyn, " Brand New Day ", under the pseudo " The Hinge Project " published by the label ISM Records. A second EP "El Coco" reissued and pressed on vinyl under the label "Kat Records". At the beginning of 2022, he achieved a project with the Parisian collective "Le Gout Du Son" and the singer Jacqueline Taïeb. Jacqueline's 1967 album was entirely remixed, pressed on vinyl and distributed by Warner Chappell. He chose to remix the track "Petite Fille Amour" under the pseudo: Jean&Gabin with his friend DJ and producer Gabin Nogueira. The record "Play it Like Jacqueline" is available today on Discog and in other vinyl shops. It’s in January 2018 that a new adventure began in the French capital. Yo-One is currently performing in various Parisian establishments, keeping his strength of adaptation and innovation for a wide and ever more demanding audience. He created SUTTER MUSIC, a new agency specialized in private events. From the House of today to the Soul Music of the 60's, his discography has no borders; his DJ performances will make you travel for sure.
