He will also assess the impact President Biden’s standing with the voters will have on the Midterm, as well as the important issues before the voters. For more than 30 years, Madonna has taught and written about his two academic specialties: the American presidency, and American political parties and political behavior. As a pollster in recent years, he has written extensively about voters and voting behavior.
