Griffin Distinguished Service Professor of Economics and Chairman in the Department of Economics at the University of Chicago. He’s a pioneer in using field experiments as a methodology to better understand human behaviour. In this episode, Professor List talks about: • the importance of field experiments in getting the theory or policy right • how we need to improve the science of doing science, in particular how we scale up successful case studies • how we can better invest in human capital.
