Ariannir y brosiect gan Gronfa Datblygu’r Dyfodol y Loteri Genedlaethol. Dau o'r cymunedau yn ddaearyddol; cymuned o ddiddordeb yw'r drydedd: pobl ifanc. The project is funded by the National Lottery Emerging Futures Fund. Two of the communities are geographical; the third is a community of interest: young people. The project has partnered with EYST (Ethnic Youth Support Team) help engage with their community of young people across Wales. EYST deliver a range of services to support young people from BAME communities. In this podcast we hear from Russell Todd and Rolando Bertrand Ruiz as they reflect on their experiences of facilitating futures planning with young people.
