Fel rhan o'i brosiect Rhagolwg Cymunedol Dyfodol Gwell Cymru mae bu CGGC yn gweithio gyda'r Ysgol Dyfodol Rhyngwladol (SOIF) i gefnogi tri chymuned yng Nghymru - Aberystwyth, Rhuthun a Dinbych, a phobl ifanc o gymunedau duon a lleiafrifoedd ethnig - i ddarlunio gweledigaethau at ddyfodol gwell.

Ariannir y brosiect gan Gronfa Datblygu’r Dyfodol y Loteri Genedlaethol.

Yn y podlediad hwn mae Andrew Curry o SOIF yn cyflwyno y cysyniadau o ragwelediad a chynllunio dyfodolau ac egluro'r methodoleg penodol a'i defnyddiwyd gan y cymunedau o'r enw 'Hadau Gobaith'.

As part of its Better Futures Wales Community Foresight project WCVA has been working with the School of International Futures (SOIF) to support three communities in Wales - Aberystwyth, Ruthin and Denbigh, and young people from black and ethnic minority communities - to identify visions for a better future.

The project is supported by the National Lottery Emerging Futures Fund.

In this podcast SOIF's Andrew Curry introduce the concepts of foresight and futures planning and explain the specific methodology that the communities used called 'Seeds of Hope'.
