Divvy blues: Bike-share program leaves some behind by WBEZ published on 2013/06/28 11:16:34 +0000 Chicago on Friday morning launched a long-awaited bike-share program called Divvy. The city says it opened 65 docking stations, most a short ride from downtown. Officials plan to increase that number to 400 stations by next spring. Still, the system leaves a lot of folks out, including some low-income neighborhoods where biking could make a difference. From our West Side bureau, WBEZ’s Chip Mitchell reports.
